Iran released nine of the four Indian nationals who were taken into custody while capturing the oil tanker of Panama’s flag carrier, the Indian Foreign Ministry said.
Iran was arrested on charges of smuggling petroleum products illegally sold to the oil carrier (MT RIA). The Iranian government, the United States and the UK have announced the withdrawal of nuclear agreements and new sanctions on Iran, proving it or its reason for carrying oil through the Hormuz Valley.
